Hi All,

I have a broadband connection from a local ISP. I am unable to use NNTP
services and have come to know that the NNTP port(119) is blocked at the
ISP's end. I need to access NGs using Outlook Express or any other third
party software(Windows compatible). Since I can access Websites and
send/receive mails using OE, I know at least ports 25 and 110 are open in
addition to 80. Is it possible to somehow use NNTP over 80/25/110 ports?

Any hints on how to do so or alternative solutions will be very much
appreciated.

No. The port 110 is not on your end to begin with,...it is on the server's
end,...it is the port the server listens on. You need to contact the ISP
and have them allow you to use the NNTP port. If they won't, it is time to
find a new ISP.
