NK2 Question

Hello,

I have a user not able to use the autocomplete function in Outlook 2003. I
created a new profile in Outlook and have renamed the old NK2 file to match
the new profile and the autocomplete still does not work. I have a backup of
the NK2 from a few months ago and that works just fine. Any suggestions on
what I might try to get the autocomplete to work with the more recent NK2?

Hello John,
You have to rename the .nk2 file with the new profile name ( Hope you have
done correctly).
As per my knowledge , you cannot retain the nk2 file once corrupted.
However I have found a website dedicated to nk2 file
corruption.(http://www.nk2.info/help.php)

Yes I did rename the file with the new profile name and it did not work. I

If the NK2 file doesn't work after this, I would suggest starting afresh
with a new one.
