NIS 2004 w/antivirus

I have Norton Internet Security 2004 w/Norton Antivirus
2004. Lately, when I have been tryinh to download the URL
and Virus Definitio updates it has been coming back with
the errors LU1853 and LU1856. I have done what they told
me to and even emailed them for help and nothing has
worked. Does anybody know how to fix this?

(p.s. i realize this is mainly for windows security, but
this involves windows so don't get mad at me.)
