NIS 2004 on win xp

John

Hi

We have a peer-peer network with several windows xp pro PC. I have installed
Norton Internet Security 2004 on one of the win xp pro pcs and now I can't
see any of the shared folders on other PCs. Has anyone encountered this? Is
there a fix for this other than uninstalling the NIS 2004?

Thanks

Regards

add the ip addresses of thee client pc to the network option under firewall.
think the route is firewall-configure-advanced-general to get there.

Just to add to what was said

If your running with dynamic IP address's you'll need to give it a range. Or
alternatively give each machine a static address. Up to you
