write whole programs for you, but if you get stuck on coding, or on a
concept, they'll help you.

Bottom of that page has a search (of the site). Got this:
Results 1 - 10 of about 92 from www.freeprogrammingresources.com for BASIC.

Two sites for Basic style programming that may be of interest:

www.autoitscript.com this started out as a scripting program, but you
can now do pretty much anything you want with it.
The forum is excellent if you get stuck with anything.

http://www.kidsprogramminglanguage.com/ don`t let the Kids name put
you off this, you can even do 3D graphics with this one!
