NIC

I have tried three NIC all produce the same problem for some reason when they
want widows says network cable has been unplugged for exactly one and a half
seconds then it says it reconnected not my router or cable. Just curious if
anyone has run into this before I just upgrated to xp pro and really don't
want to fomat if possible thanks

Might be that the attempts to reinstall created Ghost entries in the Device
Manger.
