NIC Load Balancing

Win2k Server Standard, SP4 with all patches.
The server is going to be a file server
Dell PowerEdge 2650 Raid 5, 2 Gigabit NIC embedded in motherboard (not in
Iraq)

I am trying to do Load Balancing on the NIC's. Could somebody point me in
the right direction, i.e: how to go about and do load balancing. Basically
want to know were it is that I click to make the nics do load balancing.

I believe you must have the right NICS for this and this is not built in to
windows?!? Your NICS manufacturer will have some sort of driver set or
managment tool to configure this for you. At least with all the ones I've
done like Intel Nics you need their "Server" nic and then you use their tool
to setup the load balancing......
