newsgroups

Just replaced home computer and I use Office Outlook for email. In my
previous computer, on the email page, there was an icon for newsgroups, and
thousands of newsgroup topics were available. Now all I can find is
"Microsoft Communities" and all topics are microsoft related. Any
suggestions on accessing other topics?
Thanks.

By adding another news server. Most likely your ISP aggregates some.
Either way; not an Outlook question as Outlook doesn't even include a
newsreader. You're thinking about Outlook Express.

I'm not sure the OP is even talking about a local e-mail client. He
mentioned "on the email page" which makes it sound like he is using a
web browser to access the webmail interface to his e-mail account and
that doesn't involve Outlook.

He mentioned "on the email page"

I took that to mean the Mail window in Outlook rather than Calendar,
Contacts, Tasks, Notes etc

Maybe the original poster will have to be less vague and describe what s/he
means.
