newsgroups not updating

What is wrong with the websites to cause this updating?
When try to reply at your suggested site get "temporary
unavailable" window. What changed in the world these
days? Is Osama behind all this?
 
Not sure what could be wrong. I'm on the page now, seeing your post and replying to it

Saw earlier on a few NG's that there was a problem with the web access site.
