Re Newsgroups: how do I "customize the toolbar(tools, customize) to bring
the news menu up a level or two?" I can of course do Tools>Customize, but
then what? Please advise.
 
find the news command (on an existing menu or in the commands dialog), click
and drag it to where you want it.
