Newsgroup Server

When I try to get the newsgroup list from my internet provider I get the
following message. TCP/IP connection unexpectedly terminated by the server.
I have made sure that all the information on the account is correct. Any
ideas or suggestions

I'm guessing your provider is Comcast?

Thanks, my email works just fine it is when I try to use the newsgroups that
I get the message.
