Newsgroup Reader

I am attempting to activate the newsgroup reader. I am unable to click on
news on the commands list to installer it on the Go menu in MS Outlook.

Where can I find the news tab so that I can activate the newsgroup reader?

I have already had the program detect and repair option in the help tab with
no positive results.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Outlook isn't a newsreader but uses Outlook Express for this. In Control
Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs you can set OE as the default
newsreader. After you've done that you should be able to add the News button
to the Go menu.
