New Reader Error

In MS Outlook 2003 I added the news toolbar to access the newsgroup reader
directly from Outlook. However, it only allows me to open the news reader
from there once and then when I click the toolbar news button it brings up a
list of files in a windows explorer windows instead of the news reader.
Also if I remove the News button from the toolbar and try to add it again it
is no longer available. How can I repair or avoid this?

To get the News command back, go back to the Programs tab in Control Panel |
Internet Options and change the default newsreader to Outlook Express. If
OE prompts you to make it your default newsreader the next time you launch
it, click the "Don't ask me again" box and then click the No button.

You may need to reset the menu or toolbar using Tools, customize.
