News ticker type script?

I'm looking for a script that will allow me to display
bits of news/information, then go on to the next group in
a list.

Not sure what you'd call something like this, but if
anyone knows where I could find something like that, I
would appreciate it.

I'd like it to be inserted in a table, if that helps at
all.

Therre are bunch of scrolling JavaScripts out there. Check out:
http://javascript.internet.com/scrolls/ There's one good one in particular
at: http://javascript.internet.com/scrolls/multiple-message-scroller.html
though I'm not sure if it can stop after each message.
