Can I use Outlook as a news reader client, if so how??

Outlook calls Outlook Express for news reading, unless your Admin sets up
Public Folders as newsgroups.

Can I do that from my home PC ??
 
I *think* so, but you would need a newsserver like Hamster to do it.
