News reader button disapears

I have office 2003 and the newsreader selection disapears
after restarting my computer. The first time I set this
up, it showed under the go menu, but now it is gone and I
can't seem to replace it. This has happend on my home
machine and my work machine, so I thnk it is someting in
the new office.

Do a hard reset on the toolbar by renaming outcmd.dat to outcmd.old.
