NEWS BUTTON

For some reason my NEWS button no longer allows me to get into Outlook
Express so I can be on the Group Discussions. When I click on it now it
takes me to C:\Program Files\CommonFiles\System\MSMAPI\1033. I have no idea
how that happened.
Please advise how I can correct this.
