Newly seen, Unix2Win text file conversion

I have no use for this myself, but I *think* there are users
on both camps here:

"Unix2Win is a tool that converts ASCII text files from Unix
to Microsoft Windows format or vice versa.

Unix uses character code 10 (line feed) to separate text lines
while Windows uses a combination of 13 (carriage return) and
10.

The free version lets you convert one file at a time. You can
choose whether to save converted files to a common directory
or to the original directory but adding a “_conv” suffix. F.e.
data.txt becomes data_conv.txt."

680,960 bytes.

???

With all due respect to the developer there are some applications out
there that are better to do such task:

For a GUI based solution is as simple as opening metapad and
selecting the menu 'File', 'File Format'.

Or (when using the command line or a batch file) your favorite
version of unix2dos/dos2unix, they are included with cygwin (and
IIRC, unxtools).
