Newgroup question

Any way i can get Windows Mail to not delete messages that have been removed
from the sever? Right now i have it set to download all messages from 2 or 3
newsgroups here and I hadn't had time to check them in a month, checked them
now and all the messages i had watched are gone, anyway to stop this from
happening?

TIA
Drew

No, that's not the one to change.

Click on
[x] Purge newsgroup messages in the background
[x] Delete news messages (xx) days after being downloaded.

change the xx to a larger number

WinMail will still delete messages in a newsgroup when they are deleted from
the server.

No.
You can create a new folder under Local Folders and drag messages that you
wish to keep to that folder (after they have been downloaded).
