Newest MemTest86, MemTest86+ incompatible with Sandy, Ivy chipsets?

Has anybody found that the newest versions of MemTest86+ (beta 5.00, vers.
1-6) and MemTest86 (4.2.0) cause memory errors to be reported in tests
#3 and higher and when parallel core mode is selected?

I have this problem with a Z68 motherboard but not with a G41 motherboard
running the same memory.

The memory is 4 sticks of 1600 MHz 4GB Samsung 1.35V, tried 1-4
at a time in each DIMM socket. Raising the voltage to 1.50V doesn't
matter. No errors were reported with older versions of MemTest86 and
MemTest86+, even when the Samsung memory is overclocked to
1866 MHz.

I can't upgrade the Z68's BIOS because that would make it imcompatible
with the Sandy Bridge CPU.

I recently had a problem with the latest non-beta version of memtest in
that it went into a spontaneous reboot while testing a system with
known-good ram.
