Have an IBM laptop i Series running W2K with the latest updates. Presently,
I am unable to see the Add/Remove Programs window in the Control Panel
(outline of the window is visible but none of the contents are), I am also
unable to install Norton Intetrnet Security 2005, and load Microsoft's
update page for W2K. Otherwise, most programs behave properly and my Web and
Email access is unaffected. Any suggestions as to how I may resolve this
problem quickly?

NB: Last week I either deleted a much needed file while un-installing some
software or picked up a virus while on-line. Please help.

Thanks in advance...Carlos

upgrade. We'll see what happems. Thanks again...Carlos
