newbie require help

Hi

My problem is that when i booot my pc nothing happens the monitor remains
blank and there are no beeps from the bios. i have to restart the PC a few
times before the PC works

I was advised to check the connections which i sure are correct i was also
advise to check the jumper settings i know where they are but dont know if
they are correct can someone help me plz ? and also any other suggestions to
solve the problem

What kind of Power Supply are you using? How much Wattage?

I m reading off the power supply here, it says

Alex, 145watts isn't much, try removing all components not needed for
booting such as network\modem cards, sound cards, cdrom drive, etc. and see
what happens.
