Hi all

Outlook 2003 - Exchange Server2003
As the subject, how do I designate a public folder to be viewable by the
user when disconnected from the network.
We are already running in cached mode, but I can't find the method for
making public folders "transportable".

TIA

Phil

click the second icon at the bottom in the left button bar in outlook
2003
this shows you the folder list
goto public folders > your public folder
right click it and add it to favorites.

Excellent - thanks for that.

What are the implications of a large (3Gb) ost file?
The user wants 5 public folders available for offline viewing.
Because of the nature of our work, many emails have larg(ish) attachments -
hence the issue.

Thanks

Phil
