Newbie Audio Question

Once I've downloaded a raw clip, I then want to set my edit points
based on the dialog. MovieMaker lets me shuttle video to an edit
point, but I can't hear audio at the same time.

Is it also possible to listen to (scrub)the audio, so I can make the
edit based on the sound in the clip?

Yes, you can scrub the audio. Use the timeline and zoom in so you see the
audio patterns. Preview the project and scrub it with the controls on the
timeline. You see and hear the project as you do it.
