A8N32-SLI DELUXE? or do i need to install it in pairs?

You can install one module at a time, Two same size modules in dual
channel mode can boost performance slightly.

You do NOT have to install in pairs, UNLESS you want to run your RAM in the
faster dual channel mode. In that case you must used identical matched RAM
sticks.
