new XP cannot download some graphic packages

on a two year old XP dell laptop I had no problem downloading graphic
packages I purchased. On new dell desktop XP I cannot do the downloading. I
 
The new computer has stricter security settings that should be changed. Go to
Internet Options, Security tab, Custom level button, Downloads and check to
allow
downloads.
 
Mary-thank you so very much--I have changed the "enables"-you are wonderful
to write back so soon. I am a graphic and font-a-holic--have a good new year!
 
Mary- I tried the changes, restarted the computer and it still does not
download the graphic package that I purchased from a graphics club that I
belong to. Any other suggestions?
