New Windows Update Version

When I visited the Windows Update Site with my Windows XP Pro machine, the
new version of Windows Update was automatically installed. When I visit the
site with my Windows XP Home machine, the new version of Windows Update is
not installed. Anyone now why?

The new update software is randomly installing on computers.
To install now, go to Windows Update.
Change "v4" to "v5" and it will be installed.
