New window's not opening properly.

Hi all,



Example: The "post a new question" on this site just opens the outline of
the new window. The centre is transparent and only "Internet Explorer"
appears in the header title bar. (I posted this question from someone else's
computer).


I am running Spy Sweeper, Ad-aware 6.0, and cannot see any settings that
would affect this. May have missed something.

I have downloaded IE6 sp1
I have uninstalled all Yahoo related programs.

Still no luck. Any suggestions?
