New Windows (links) will not open Maximized

Matt

Whenever I click on a link that populates a new IE
browser the window will open in a default size. If I
right click on a link and select "open in new window"
this still happens. It doesn't matter what the webpage
is, content, etc. I've tried to maximize the window then
close it then select the link again but this does not
work.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

I don't think there's way to change that. it's annoying because an almost
full size window at "normal"/"restore" size has a thin line of underlying
window peeking beside the scrollbar. my mouse sometimes brings forward the
window behind.

the best I can do is drag edges to largest size while in "normal" size
setting. then close that ie window last. this saves a large size as the
"normal" size.

but if you discover a solution.... let us know :)

Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.
