New Window?

I bought this computer in August 2007 and it has vista home
premium...yesterday, for the first time when it is not in use for a while, I
get a new window that says "owner locked" ? when I click on this it opens to
the previous window that was in use.. I did not change anything previously
and would like to know why this window suddenly showed up? Can I return to
the way it was before?
 
Hi,

Check that screensaver settings does not have the option to display logon on
resume enabled. Right click the desktop, choose personalize and click on
screensaver.
