New window problem

whenever a new window pops up (Whether it is an ad, or i
had a link in a new window) It is always the SMALLEST
POSSIBLE SIZE the window can be. When any new window
pops up, i want it to be MAXIMIZED, how do i fix this?

Go to http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/ietips.htm

Look for "Opening Internet Explorer Full Size"

This will show you how to retain the full size and also sorts out any
registration corruption if that is the cause for the problem.

By the way, you should not have put your real email address in the header.
You will probably be hit by a lorry load of spam soon. I hope that was a
