New Website FP or EW

I'm creating a new storefront type website to sell a shareware product
I created.

I own FP2000. Should I use it or buy Expression Web?

I believe I can upgrade for $89.

What are the pros and cons other than the cost?

Either can provide a link to download a file and contain a Paypal Buy
Now button, correct?

P.S. What is the difference between this newsgroup and
microsoft.public.frontpage.programming? (i.e. how do I decide where to
post questions?)

Either one will allow you to do what you're trying to do. Neither has any
special built-in functions for storefronts or PayPal. You have to add the
code in yourself.
