Merging two Frontpage-built websites into one big website

OK, here goes: In 2001, I developed my motorcycle website on my old computer
with FP2000. Last year, I decided to start work on a bigger, better website,
so I added my FP2000 program to my new computer and got the 2003 upgrade. I
did not transfer the old website to the new computer and just started working
on a new website from scratch. I'm 80% done with the new website and want to
attach it to the old website and keep on streamlining the old site (for older
computers) and continue working on completing the new site. I would like to
merge the two sites together into one big website so I can work on it as one.
Right now, I downloaded the old site into my FP program and I can now work
with it, but it is separate from the new site. How does one add the new site
into the old?

Publish the 2nd site as a subweb into the 1st (main) site, then convert the new subweb into a folder
