On Saturday May 1, Verizon informed me that there is a
new virus that attaches itself to the AVserve file and
disconnects the internet connection. When I bring up the
task manager the AVserve file is not there or is not
visible. Any ideas on how to find and delete this virus
or where I can locate a patch for it. Thanks a bunch!

- get the virus removal tool and use it. It'll tell you whether or not
you're infected and clean it out if you are.
