what are those 3 programs ?

can i found a little explanation from what does those programs ?

Hi Benoit

The three programs are exactly the same, but the first (largest
download) includes a Yahoo Toolbar + GUI in many language(s).
The second contains *no* Yahoo toolbar as part of the download, but
still has a language option (French, Lithuanian, etc)

The last (slimmest) version has no toolbar - for those who already
have Google, or Yahoo on their browser, and also is in English only -
you cannot choose to have a different language interface.

I took a look at the Cleaning options with CCleaner before and after this
1.30 version. You'll notice they now have Windows Defender cleaning in the
list of changes to CCleaner. Apparently it now wipes out a bunch of the WD
binary history files in my folders as follows:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows
Defender\Scans\History\Results\Quick\
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows
Defender\Scans\History\Results\Resource\

So my question is, are any of these files important, or can they really be
cleaned out... including the Scan & Resource as recent as yesterday's?
