I have front page 2000...is there a way to upload the latest version witout
purchasing it from scratch?

The latest (and last) version of FrontPage is 2003, which is no longer being
sold or marketed. You may still find a few copies on Amazon.

FP has been replaced by Expression Web, and you can download a trial
version.

Microsoft discontinued FrontPage in 2006.

You may still be able to find a legitimate version of FrontPage2003, all you
should need is the upgrade version

The replacement for FrontPage is ExpressionWeb, and FP2000 is a qualifying
product for an upgrade.
