New users welcome mail

Hello:

We are deployng exchange 2003 and outlook 2003.

How can we configure a custom corporate welcome mail that is automatically
sent to users instead of the mail sent by default in Outlook?

Outlook has not offered a customizable welcome message since Outlook 2000.
You'll simply need to send your own message out whenever you create a new
mailbox or after you've installed Outlook 2003.
