New User Migration

Is there any built in way, within win2k, to be able to
specify a "default" user account to copy whenever a new
account gets created?

By which I mean: We're using 2k with domain users.
Whenever a domain user logs onto a box that they haven't
used before, we'd like them to see a desktop thats been
configured ahead of time. Is there any way to do this
without third party software?

Are you trying to use roaming profiles (the same profile stays with the user
as he logs into different machines) or are you trying to create settings for
the "Default User"?
