new user dosen't appear in the address book

Dear;

I noticed that some of the created users accounts don't appear in the
address book of outlook 2007. I tried form outlook to download the address
book but no luck. we are using outlook with cached mode. this issue happened
mainly for users using outlook 2007.

any idea to solve this issue...

Are you in an Exchange environment? You should allow some time for
replication, this can take several hours. Also, has the user been able to
connect to their mailbox using Outlook during this time?

thanks for your reply

we are migrated recently from exchange 2003 to exchange 2007/SP1. we are
using CCR. actually the account has been created since 1 week. so it took
enough time for replication.
some of the users having outlook 2007 are able to see it in the address
book. some can't see.
i noticed something strange, when i open the address book in my outlook 2007
and navigate to All Users Address list under "show names from the:" combo
box, I can see it there. but under the Global Address List is not listed.

any idea....

Are users in cached mode? Take it out of cached mode and download the GAL to
see if that helps. Then turn cached mode back on.

we are using the cached mode. i did what you recommend and it works. but the
issue many users have same problem. I can't change them manually each
everyone.
this indicate an isue in the OAB or a bug in outlook 2007.
