New updates every 20 to 30 seconds???

I am getting the message New updates are ready to download
every 20 to 30 seconds. the I-cons pile up in the task bar
but will go away when and if I place the cursor over them
but will start as soon as I leave that area any thoughts.

click on thm and download them for they are necessary for
the operation of your puter.
go to MS windows update and install updates and keep your
puter up to date
