New to Access 2007

I have been using Access since Office 99. While I am not a power user, I am
quite comfortable with it to create nice applications for small numbers of
users. I have found Access 2007 a very difficult application to transition
to.
Is there a resource somewhere to give me guidance on what is new, and
missing in the new release.
