How to modify Access Templates

Hi,
I have downloaded several Access 2007 templates in hopes to modify one of
them to suit my needs. However, I am unable to modify them as they seem
locked. I am not allowed to modify column headings, add new columns, etc,
etc. I cannot seem to find out how to unlock them.

Any guidance is appreciated.

Well, chalk this one up to a "Doh!"
I was trying to modify the shortcut dabase opposed to the tables in the
supporting objects frame. I am good now.
:)
