New system build with defective HD

I just built a new system with an OEM vista x64 home premium, activated the
key then found out after using the system that the Seagate HD is absolute
CRAP. I want to return the HD and replace it with a Western Digital.

My question is will I have problems installing my OEM Vista on the new HD
considering I already activated it?

What do I have to do to make this as smooth as possible?

Thanks,
Daniel

Changing the hard drive has no effect on the activation.

Clone the WD from the Seagate.

Just buy the new Drive, and reinstall vista.

All that might happen is that you will probably might have to take the phone
option for reactivation.
If when you activate, it comes up "key already in use"(it is, by you!), take
the phone option, and hand on for a real person, and jus explain!
