I have been running XP professional ever since it came out
with a pentium 4 1.5 gigahertz processor. Question: if I
replaced the 1.5 with a 2.6 (533 front end bus) would it
mess up anything (i.e. problems with XP no longer
recognizing my computer and shutting down, etc. I have
access to a new, free pentium 4 2.66 gz processor and
thought about dropping it in my machine.
What can I expect?
