| I don't know how to recalculate hyperlinks but I'll learn
| really fast.
Its under Tools |Recalculate Hyperlinks.
|
| I know I have a long main page. I don't know how to do
| that. All this is hard coded even though I have front
| page. I don't know how to put up a background either.
| Did you notice that it was a white background as opposed
| to the typical "scary" background? I don't know how to do
| that but also find that it lets me stand out a bit
| compared to others.
It was white as I recall...not scary white either
Why are you hardcoding when you can just use FP to create new pages?
Work/design on your local machine then Publish up to server (if you have FP extensions on server - sorry cant remember if it did or not).
You should break up that long page into several smaller pages...maybe by topic...or whatever you want. Then create navigation buttons to the new pages.
Create New Page...go back to your index page and Copy what you want to move to your new page...go to the new page...paste it...etc.
Save your pages.
Publish to server.
FP will keep track of your hyperlinks automatically unless you've messed them up 'manually' in which case you do a Recalculate Hyperlinks before you Publish. Sometimes I just do it for 'luck'
hth,
Rob
