I BOUGHT A NEW MONITOR OR PC AND MY HOME PAGE COMES UP AS 14 INCHES, HOW CAN
I CHANGE TO 17 INCHES?

Hi Kim,

Please do not post in all CAPS, it is considered shouting.

First, use the controls on the monitor itself to adjust the screen
size to fit the monitor.

Next click on Display in Control Panel and adjust the "Screen
resolution" to your liking.
