New Page not new

This may seem like a very simple problem to fix.

PF 2002.

If you click, new page, you get a page already in the
folder and not a blank new page? Is there a setting
somewhere that causes this?

When you click new page, it will appear in the current open FP web, which at
all time you should have a web open.

If you have a theme applies, then when you create new page, it will be
associated with the current theme for the web.
