new outlook 2003 install won't launch

I did a new Office 2003 install including Outlook 2003. After the install, I
went to launch Outlook and I got an application error...it wouldn't launch
and just kept failing. What should I do now?
 
Does it start in safe mode? You also might want to post the text of the
error message.

How to:

* Select Start > Run
* Type: outlook.exe /safe
* OK button
