I want to install a new motherboard in my computer.Will
XP let me do this? If I have to reinstall will I be able
to reactivate XP ?

XP could care less what you do to your computer.
If I have to reinstall will I be able
to reactivate XP ?

You'll have to do a repair install, at the very least. If WPA won't
work over the internet because you recently activated your current
installation of XP, it will give you a phone number to call MS.
Explain the situation to them, and they will help you activate your
new installation.
