new motherboard

im looking to replace my motherboard but im not to sure what to get,
this is what im looking for:

must have:

ddr2 ram- supporting 533mhz speed as i already have the ram

socket 775 suporting pentium 4 - i will be geting a 3.2ghz p4 with ht

supports hyper threading

supports both sata and ide hdd

would like:

pci express

supports 64 bit- as the cpu im getting is64 bit

any built in graphics ( just to keep me going till i get a decent
graphics card).

not got a very high budget, im hoping to spend up to £50 max but
preferably lower

anty help apreciated.
